Shipping & returns
Delivery
We ship across India. Once our team confirms and packs your order, it’s dispatched and you’ll be able to track its status from My Orders. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier.
Payment
Orders are currently Pay on Delivery (Cash on Delivery). Online payment (UPI / card) is on the way. You place the order now and our team confirms it before dispatch.
Order confirmation
Placing an order reserves it as Pending. Our team reviews and confirms it, after which it moves into picking, packing, and dispatch — each step visible in My Orders.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order yourself while it’s still Pending, straight from the order page. Once it’s confirmed and being prepared, contact us and we’ll help.
Returns
Because every book is second-hand and graded individually, we don’t offer general returns. But if a book arrives materially not as described, contact us and we’ll make it right.
